The Wyoming Cowboys have many bubble teams mad around the nation after their huge Mountain West Conference Tournament Championship win over the San Diego State Aztecs.

The Cowboys did not score the basketball for 11 straight minutes at one point during the game, but the team still found a way to win behind their two senior leaders Larry Nance Jr. and Josh Adams. The Cowboys were tremendous on the defensive end, and the team rebounded the ball fantastically.

The Cowboys had no shot of making the NCAA tournament unless they won the conference tournament because they were slightly disappointing during MWC play. The team had some disappointing losses and without Nance on the floor for four conference games, the Cowboys looked lost. Everyone forgot that when Nance was healthy and on the floor, then the Cowboys were one of the best teams in the conference, but Wyoming was not talked about even as a potential bid thief.

The Cowboys are going to be a tricky team to play in the NCAA tournament because they play fantastic defense, and they play great team basketball. This team has many seniors on the roster, who know how to play with each other, which is something that can carry the Cowboys a long way. Although, the Cowboys tend to struggle on the offensive end at times, especially from the three-point line.

As long as Nance and Adams are on the floor, then the Cowboys can compete because Nance adds the great post play, and Adams adds shooting.

Bubble teams around the nation are in a frenzy right now because their NCAA tournament spot could have been taken by Wyoming, but it does not matter because the Cowboys are going dancing for first time since 2002.
