The North Florida Ospreys made it to the 2015 NCAA Tournament by winning the Atlantic Sun Tournament behind an eight-game winning streak. For their hard work, the Ospreys will get a No. 16 seed and a first-round game against the also No. 16 seeded Robert Morris Colonials for a chance to play the No. 1 seeded Duke Blue Devils in the next round.

Robert Morris won the Northeast Conference over the favored St. Francis BRK Terriers, but also strung together a winning streak to finish the season. Their seven end-of-season wins mean that this first round 2015 NCAA Tournament matchup features two teams in the midst of hot streaks.

What to Watch For

Robert Morris made it to the tournament by scraping out wins over favored teams. The Colonials have been a gritty team all season long, so expect this team’s main goal to be keeping the game with the Ospreys close. North Florida will want to get out ahead of the Colonials fast, because they will know that Robert Morris’ strength lies in going on late six- or seven-point runs to take the lead and win the game.

North Florida made it to this tournament behind their fantastic offense, as they won both the A-Sun regular season title and conference tournament. The Ospreys are the better team of the two, and, although the Colonials are talented, will likely be the team to face Duke in the next round. Expect this one to get ugly, as North Florida dominates a much weaker Robert Morris team.
