UCLA is pretty much a hated name right now as many March Madness enthusiasts believe the Bruins have absolutely zero right to dance in this tournament. Thus, it's going to be an interesting one against Larry Brown and SMU. Here's a look at five bold predictions.

Junior F Markus Kennedy is an efficient player, as he doesn't log huge minutes for SMU, but still averages almost 12 points per game (11.7) and six rebounds. With a minutes increase likely for the tournament, and the inferior opponent, expect a double-double minimum from Kennedy.

The majority of March Madness lovers are still absolutely outraged over the fact that UCLA even got into the tournament in the first place, and unfortunately for Bruins HC Steve Alford, his rotation won't get anything going. This will further evidence why they shouldn't even be there, and likely put some folks at ease.

Junior G Nic Moore is an incredibly reliable, high-minute, high-motor player who will have the Bruins pulling their hair out every which way possible. He'll score 20 points, you can write it down.

2. Norman Powell and Bryce Alford Only Bruins Who Do Anything At All

It's going to be a long game for the UCLA Bruins. But perhaps they'll be able to take solace in the fact that in the face of incredible adversity, their two best scoring options, Norman Powell and Bryce Alford, refused to waiver despite ultimately getting clobbered.

Larry Brown probably walks around with the voice of Johnny Cash singing, "I've been everywhere, man," stuck in his head. Brown really has coached everywhere, and even at 74 years old, he's turned around another basketball program in a short period of time.
