The 2016 NCAA men’s basketball tournament field has been set and the road to the Final Four is about to begin. There are 68 teams loaded with talent, but some are a cut above the rest when it comes to having NBA talent. Let’s take a look at which five teams have the most players poised to play at the next level.
5. Maryland Terrapins
Getty ImagesThe Maryland Terrapins are a team that boasts more NBA talent than some may realize. Melo Trimble and Diamond Stone are virtual locks to be first-round picks this year. Stone has the most potential and is a borderline lottery pick. His stock may rise pending his performance in the tournament. Jake Layman, Robert Carter and Rasheed Sulaimon also have NBA talent, but they project as second-rounders.
4. Kansas Jayhawks
Getty ImagesThe Kansas Jayhawks have a lot of NBA talent on their current roster with Chieck Diallo leading the way as the player with the most upside. He is currently on the bubble in terms of being a projected late first-round pick. Other more experienced players like Perry Ellis and Wayne Selden project as future second-round picks. Additionally, Carlton Bragg and Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk are youngsters who project to be first-round picks in 2017.
3. North Carolina Tar Heels

They have another crop of NBA talent playing for them this year highlighted by Brice Johnson. Johnson projects to be a late first-round pick, while Marcus Paige and Kennedy Meeks project as second-rounders this year. Justin Jackson, Theo Pinson and Isaiah Hicks all have NBA talent as well.
2. Duke Blue Devils

They're loaded with a ton of NBA talent this year as well. Brandon Ingram is making a strong case to be the No. 1 overall pick and Grayson Allen projects to be a first-rounder as well. Additionally, Luke Kennard, Derryck Thornton and Chase Jeter are all potential first-round picks in future drafts.

Getty ImagesKentucky is the No. 1 team with NBA talent and it's not even close. Jamal Murray, Skal Labissiere and Tyler Ulis all project to be first-round selections this year. Murray and Labissiere are potential top 10 selections, while Ulis is likely to be selected late in the first round. Marcus Lee and Alex Poythress project as second-rounders, while Isaiah Briscoe could be a first-round pick in 2017. Charles Matthews has NBA upside as well.
