NCAA Bball: Illinois dominates Chicago State 90-43

Illinois’ basketball is continuing to have an extremely strong basketball season. The Fighting Illini dominated the Chicago State Cougars in an uneven 90-43 victory at home in Champaign. The Illini jumped to a 13-3 lead on the Cougars and led 44-19 at halftime. Illinois’ largest lead of the game was by 47 points. Illinois freshman forward, Myke Henry, made his return from an ankle injury. He led the Illini with 14 points on his return to play. Illinois also posted five different players with double digits. The Illini bench also contributed a huge 48 points. With Henry back from injury, the Illini are starting to get a better rotation of players in games.
Illinois is now 6-0 and the Chicago State moves to 0-6.
