Auburn Football Players Could Be Victims Of Party Shooting Saturday night
There is sad news to report out of SEC country. There has been a shooting at a party at Auburn and some Auburn football players could be possible victims. Nothing is confirmed at this time and will not be until families are notified about the deaths.
There is no known motive at this time but it is incredibly sad to see. For one night, college football can put asides its differences and mourn the loss of players from a university. Showing support and solidarity for Auburn football is the best course of action.
I hope that football can take a back seat in the SEC for a minute. This is something that rarely happens and it is extremely tragic when it does. These young men were cut down in the prime of their life for unknown reasons. The loss of life can never be justified, and the reason for taking the life can never be good enough.
My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone who was affected by this awful shooting, football players or not. My advice to the people affected by this tragedy is to seek solace in each other. Make sure that you let people know that you care about them. You never know when life can end. These players lost their lives much too soon and the damage can never be undone.
We will update you on this story as soon as we get more information.
