100 Points Likely In Fiesta Bowl
There is one game on the college football bowl schedule after New Year’s Day that garners a ton of attention in the Fiesta Bowl as the 11-1 Kansas State Wildcats face the 11-1 Oregon Ducks at 8:30 p.m. Eastern in Glendale, Ari. These two teams were poised to play in the BCS National Championship game before losses late in the season. This game has shootout and over 100 points written all about it.
The two teams have combined for nearly 1,000 yards of total offense and with both teams not being real good on defense, both teams could get to 50 points even before the fourth quarter. If you love offense though, this is the game for you so make sure you have everything you want done before this game gets underway. If there is an X-factor in the game, it would be which team’s passing defense comes up best as both teams only allow less than 125 yards passing per game.
I think this game will be one that will end past midnight on the East Coast as both teams go up and down the field. I think that Oregon though will have enough to get past Kansas State. I’ll take Oregon 55-51 to win a wild game which normally happens in the Fiesta Bowl anyway. I also believe that this will be the final game for Chip Kelly at Oregon as I believe that he will end up going to the NFL after the Fiesta Bowl. It will be a fun, wild game for fans in Glendale and at fans.
