James Delany is Pulling a Fast One on College Football, Big Ten is a Fraud

Reid Compton-USA TODAY Sports

It’s official…

Big Ten Commissioner James Delany is a joke…

You heard that right…

Delany and his beloved Big Ten are both big, fat frauds!

The truth hurts and it is painful for this to be said for a number of reasons…

First and foremost, Delany is a graduate of the beloved University of North Carolina. But, a true alumni of the North Carolina Tar Heels wouldn’t be so hell-bent on destroying the conference it helped start in the ACC.

It is troubling on so many levels to be honest.

Why would a man want nothing more in life than to lure his school and the other founding members of the ACC away to the Big Ten?

The answer is clear…

Delany has something to hide…

And the skeleton he is trying to bury in the back yard is the fact that the Big Ten is bogus…

That’s right folks…

The Big 10 is a laughable joke!

Since the BCS Era began, the Big Ten is only 43-53 in Bowl Games and 11-13 in BCS Bowls.

The SEC leads the way with a 66-47 Bowl Record and a 16-7 mark in BCS Games.

Even the ACC, who Delany wants to implode, is 60-54 in Bowl Games and 6-13 in BCS Games…

To round out the other four BCS Conferences, the Big 12 is 52-55 and 8-11, the Pac-12 is 39-40 and 12-6 and the Big East, who is basically dead after the 2012 season, is 33-29 and 4-5.

So if you rank all the conferences by number of Bowl Wins it is the SEC, ACC, Big 12, Big Ten, Pac 12 and Big East.

If you rank by BCS Game Wins it is the SEC, Pac 12, Big Ten, Big 12, ACC and Big East.

Not quite the domination Delany and the Big Ten leads fans to believe is it…

In fact, the picture of equality Delany paints is far from canvas of reality…

So why does the Big Ten Boss continue to bully others and lie about the strength of his conference?

Because he is terrified his days are numbered because a merger is inevitable and the only teams left as viable candidates will be the left over trash from the Big East.

Heck, it might even be the Big 12 or the ACC that actually takes him down instead of the flawed vision Delany has for himself and his beloved.

So, don’t be fooled College Football fans!

Delany is selling some snake oil that you definitely do not want to buy and a product that not only doesn’t look like the SEC but one that never will…
