Honey Badger Award for Extracurricular Excellence – Week Four
The Honey Badger Award for Extracurricular Excellence race enters Week 4 and things are still moving at a snail’s pace. After all, we’re not ones to complain. It just means that fewer guys are getting themselves into issues away from campus than in years past — and that’s a good thing. We trust that it’ll last until, oh, May 15th or so.
The only addition to the board this week comes to us from Mike Leach’s Washington State Cougars. Cougs running back Leon Brooks was arrested in the overnight hours on Sunday evening after being observed by a Whitman County Washington sheriff making a wide turn. Brooks blew a .088 and .092 on two consecutive breathalyzer tests – .08 and .12 over the legal limit in the Apple State respectively.
This one’s the garden variety DUI which we’ll see a country ton of over the next few months so it doesn’t rattle our standings too much.
Here’s the scoreboard for Week Four:
HONEY BADGER AWARD FOR EXTRACURRICULAR EXCELLENCE – WEEK THREE
FLORIDA GATORS - 1 JESSAMEN DUNKER GRAND THEFT MOPED!
FLORIDA STATE SEMINOLES- 1 JAMES WILDER FAILURE TO APPEAR
KENTUCKY WILDCATS- 1 T.J. JONES WEAPON CHARGE
KANSAS JAYHAWKS- 1 BEN HEENEY BATTERING BOUNCERS
WASHINGTON STATE COUGARS - 1 LEON BROOKS GARDEN VARIETY DUI

We’ve still got spring practice and spring games ahead of us, so, to some extent, guys are actually focused on football and classes (ahem).
Don’t worry though, with April and May come the shennanigans!
