If you are a fan of the Georgia Bulldogs and were planning on getting any work done what so ever this Thursday, just go ahead and call in the sick day because ESPN will televise the Dawgs NFL Pro Day live on ESPN3 beginning at 11 am EST.

So just plan on waking up, getting a workout in, maybe a few phone calls and parking yourself in front of the computer as a brunch appetizer of NFL drills will be served before March Madness kicks off at noon.

Working out for the NFL this Thursday in Athens will be wide receivers Marlon Brown and Tavarres King cornerback Sanders Commings, defensive tackles Kwame Geathers, and John Jenkins, defensive end Abry Jones, linebackers Jarvis Jones, Alec Ogletree, and Cornelius Washington, and strong safeties Bacarri Rambo and Shawn Williams

Every NFL team should have a representative there to take a second look at this Bulldog groups that could have more than a handful of first rounders. These same 11 were invited and worked out at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis back in February.

Most of the eyes, both live and online, will be looking directly at Jones, who was officially cleared by the NFL a about a week ago. Jones’ draft stock was already high, but is expected to increase even more with a solid workout on Thursday.

Another player to keep a close eye on is Brown. After having his senior season cut short due to a knee injury, he is still looking to impress the scouts that he can be the big, physical possession receiver on the NFL level.

The Rant Sports College Football team will have a full breakdown of the performances and events from Thursday as they happen.
