The USC Trojans (2-0) are fresh off a statement win in Week 2 over the Stanford Cardinal to catapult themselves into the top 10. This week, they travel across the country to take on Boston College (1-1). What's in store for the Men of Troy in Chestnut Hill this Saturday? Here are five bold predictions for how the game will unfold.

Steve Sarkisian vowed to turn up the tempo at USC this season and did so right out of the gate. Against Fresno State in Week 1, the Trojans ran a Pac-12 record 105 plays on offense in a 52-13 rout. With the momentum of the Stanford win and a higher comfort level in Sark's offense, look for the Trojans to blow past that record on Saturday against the Eagles.

Boston College has struggled to find consistency on offense so far in 2014, relying on big plays to get points on the board. Against the Trojans, those big plays won't be there and their inconsistency will result in a very long day for the Eagles' offense. USC's defense has allowed just 23 points so far this season and is too talented at every level for BC to crack double digits on the scoreboard this week.

3. Leonard Williams Will Score a Touchdown

Speaking of that defense, Leonard Williams is a force of nature. Even with a bum ankle, Williams leads the USC defense with 18 tackles this season, including a sack and an interception. He has lived in opposing backfields so far this season and is primed for a little scoop and score to fill out his resume as a Trojan defender. Why not this weekend?

Last week, Boston College surrendered 214 yards on the ground to Pitt's James Conner. All due respect to Conner, but Javorius Allen and the USC running game is better. Allen has posted back-to-back 100-yard efforts to start the season, including 154 against a stout Stanford front last week, and will be primed to go off for a career day against BC on Saturday.

Last week, USC kicker Andre Heidari played the hero in beating Stanford. This week, he should have a much less stressful gameday experience. USC has returned to the top 10 and are making a play to prove they're for real in 2014 and putting a hurt on BC will be the best way they can do it. Look for the Trojans to show no mercy and win a rout over the Eagles this weekend.
