Oregon Ducks’ Ball Boy Mad Dogs Marcus Mariota
Last night, the No. 2 Oregon Ducks suffered a devastating loss to the unranked Arizona Wildcats. One of the key factors to the Ducks dropping their first game of the season was quarterback Marcus Mariota, who was not his typical, Heisman-caliber self. Not only did he not perform through the air as expected, but he was ineffective on the ground.
After a strip sack late in the fourth quarter that essentially lost the Ducks the game, Mariota fell under heavy scrutiny. From the Oregon ball boy. As you can see above, he was not pleased with Mariota’s performance, and for good reason.
It’s tough keeping the critics happy as the quarterback for the No. 2 college football team in the nation, but letting the ball boy down is simply unacceptable.
