Week 6 was one of the craziest weeks in college football in decades, with several top teams going down. With all of the upsets going on, many teams that came into the year without expectations now find themselves in the college football playoff discussion. Here are the 10 most likely teams to make it at this point.

After knocking off No. 4 Oklahoma, TCU is going to start getting a lot of love. If they can manage to navigate their way through the rest of their Big 12 schedule undefeated, there's no way the committee can keep them out of the playoff.

Georgia honestly hasn't looked great this season, but other than losing to South Carolina, they have no blemishes on their schedule. Behind the power running of Heisman front runner Todd Gurley, the Bulldogs have a chance to win the SEC and make the playoff.

8. Oregon

Even though they got upset by an upstart Arizona team, Oregon still could make the college football playoff. They have Marcus Mariota on their side and therefore have a chance in every game they play. They will have to win out to still have hope, though.

The Spartans narrowly escaped blowing a 27-3 lead at home against Nebraska in the fourth quarter and earned another week in the top 10. Their only loss is to Oregon, so if they run the table and win the Big 10, they should be a lock to make the college football playoff.

The Fighting Irish's win over Stanford was their most impressive win in recent memory and should vault them into the top five with all of the other upsets that took place. Clearly, if they run the table, they will be one of four teams playing for the national championship in January.

5. Baylor

Baylor will take on the impressive Horned Frogs from TCU next week and the winner could have the inside track in the Big 12. If Baylor wins, it gives them another quality win and pushes them one step closer to a berth in the semifinals of the national championship game.

So, the Rebels are for real. It seemed like they were more talk than walk before this week. After defeating Alabama, there's no doubt they're for real. With a brutal SEC West schedule, they will be battle-tested. If they can come out of that with only one loss and win the SEC, they should have a spot in the playoff.

3. Auburn

The defending SEC champions look great again this season. Their game against Mississippi State next week has all the makings of an instant classic. It could also determine the winner of the SEC West. The winner of that division could easily find their way into the playoff.

After absolutely manhandling a great Texas A&M team, it's clear Mississippi State is for real. In fact, they may be the most complete team in all of college football. With a matchup against Auburn next week, they could prove to be the best team in the nation.

1. Florida State

The Seminoles are defending champions and haven't lost a game in over a year, so they're tough to pick against at this point. However, once they meet a battle-tested team from a better conference than the ACC, they may have a tough go of it.
