To no one’s surprise, Florida State QB Jameis Winston is making headlines again.
According to espn.com, Winston “will face a disciplinary hearing into charges about whether he sexually assaulted an FSU student in December 2012.”
Following this news, you would have to imagine Winston would get suspended. There are many people out there who probably think he should have been suspended a long time ago.
Whether if you agree with that or not, while all of this is being sorted out, Winston should not be able to play football.
Look at how fast Florida handled QB Treon Harris’ case. He was suspended immediately, as he should have been.
Take notes, Florida State.
As usual, who knows what will come out of this, but if they are bringing it up now, it can’t be good for Winston.
Simply put, if Winston is actually suspended, and if it is for an extended period of time, Florida State is going to struggle … big time.
