In what amounted to a win or lose your job type of game, Will Muschamp rallied his team and pulled off a stunning upset of the Georgia Bulldogs 38-20. The Gators only threw for 27 yards, but ran for 418 as they manhandled the Bulldogs on both sides of the line of scrimmage.

UCLA's defense, which was much-maligned this season, came up big against Arizona, holding the Wildcats to just seven points in a 17-7 win. The Bruins also held the ball for over 38 minutes and gained 271 yards on the ground.

After surrendering a 28-7 lead to Navy, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish fought back to earn a well-deserved 49-39 road victory. Everett Golson accounted for six touchdowns, overcoming a porous run defense that surrendered 336 yards on the ground. If Notre Dame gets past Arizona State next week, they will be in excellent shape for a College Football Playoff berth.

Facing a very good Utah team, the Arizona State Sun Devils held on late to win 19-16 in overtime. Outside of a poor showing against UCLA, the Sun Devils are now back on track and a dark horse for the Pac-12 South title. The Sun Devils held the Utes to just 57 yards passing and ran for 239 yards against a great defense.

The Missouri Tigers were winners on the field, as well as off the field. Not only did the Tigers defeat Kentucky 20-10, but they are now in sole possession of first place in the SEC East following Georgia's loss to Florida. Maty Mauk, who has struggled this season at quarterback, accounted for 239 all-purpose yards and both of Missouri's touchdowns.

Oregon slayed one of their biggest rivals yesterday by dominating Stanford 45-16. The Ducks put up 267 yards on the ground against one of the nation's top defenses and forced the Cardinal into two turnovers. The Ducks are now in excellent position to win the Pac-12 North and secure a berth in the College Football Playoff.

Down 13-0 early against West Virginia in Morgantown, TCU responded by outscoring the Mountaineers 31-17 the rest of the way, winning 31-30. Despite being held to just 166 passing yards, the Horned Frogs defense forced five turnovers and ran for 223 yards. Things don't get any easier for the Horned Frogs as they face Kansas State next week in a game that could very well decide who wins the Big 12.

In the Game of the Week, Auburn pulled out an impressive win on the road over Ole Miss 35-31. Auburn is playing as well as any team in the nation, and gained 507 yards of offense against one of the nation's top defenses. The Tigers' defense also came big, forcing two Ole Miss turnovers deep in their own territory, including the game-deciding play late in the fourth quarter.

Trailing 21-0 on the road against Louisville, the defending national champions responded by scoring 35 second-half points to win 42-31. Despite throwing for three interceptions, Jameis Winston threw for 401 yards and three touchdowns as the Seminoles won their 24th straight game. The Seminoles only have one real test left as they travel to Coral Gables in two weeks to take on Miami.

The No. 1 team in the nation trailed 10-0 against Arkansas, but rallied to score the final 17 points in a 17-10 win. The Bulldogs will remain No. 1 atop the polls and in the College Football Playoff standings, and all they have to do is not worry about style points and just win games. Mississippi State held a potent Razorbacks ground game to just 163 yards and QB Dak Prescott threw for a career-high 331 yards.
