Colorado travels to Arizona this weekend in search of their first Pac-12 win of the season. Arizona is coming off a disappointing loss to UCLA and will look to rebound against the Buffs at home. If the Wildcats want to win the Pac-12 South, they can't lose to Colorado on Saturday. Here are five bold predictions for the Colorado-Arizona game.

5. The two teams combine for 1,000 yards of total offense.

This game has all the makings of an offensive shootout. Arizona is averaging 505 yards of offense per game while Colorado averages 472 yards per game. I think this will be a high-scoring affair in which the team who has the ball last will win the game. Expect both teams to record over 500 yards of total offense.

4. Anu Solomon will throw for over 300 yards.

Arizona quarterback Anu Solomon has failed to top 300 yards passing in each of his last two games despite ranking 10th in the country in passing yards. Colorado's defense is very susceptible and Solomon is due to have a big statistical game. With all of the weapons Arizona has at wide receiver, Solomon is a good bet to top 300 yards passing.

3. Nelson Spruce will have over 150 yards receiving

Nelson Spruce leads the country in receptions and figures to have a major impact against Arizona. Spruce has topped 150 receiving yards just twice this season but I think he does so for a third time against Arizona on Saturday. Quarterback Sefo Liufau has played well as of late and Nelson Spruce should be the beneficiary of that success.

2. Arizona will score a defensive touchdown.

Arizona's defense is the best that it has been since Rich Rodriguez took over in Tucson. A large part of that defense is provided by linebacker Scooby Wright, who has a strong case to be an All-American this season. Arizona has a very good chance to score a defensive touchdown on Saturday because of the way they fly to the football and take advantage of opportunities.

1. Colorado will lose by single digits.

Despite being double-digit underdogs, Colorado will keep the game within single digits against Arizona. Colorado has been knocking on the door of an upset and that will result in a very close game against the Wildcats. I still think Arizona will win at home but it might be closer than a lot of people think.
