Predicting the Final Score of Arizona vs. Utah

The Pac-12 South very well could be the best division in college football. Although most SEC fans are going to laugh that one off, it could be true. Two Pac-12 South contenders will be going up against one another this weekend when the Arizona Wildcats take on the Utah Utes.

Arizona is 8-2 on the season and is ranked as high as No. 13. Utah enters this one with a 7-3 record and is ranked as high as No. 20. So not only does this one have Pac-12 South implications on the line, it is a top 25 battle that will help shake-up the rankings some. Plus, it is simply two talented football teams going at it.

The Wildcats have now won two games in a row, while the Utes have won one in a row. Who knows if either team is capable of winning the conference title, but getting there will be the biggest challenge.

Arizona is tied with three other teams in the division with two losses (only has five wins, though, while USC has six). Utah, unfortunately, has three losses. With that said, this is a must-win game for both teams.

Although this game is being played in Utah, I have to go with Arizona. It is the only team in the country that has beaten the Oregon Ducks, and it has only lost to the Trojans and UCLA Bruins. If Arizona does escape this game with the victory, it will still have to go up against Arizona State next, which will not be an easy game to say the least.

Prediction: Arizona 35, Utah 24
