Kirk Ferentz will buck his normal conservative/loyal ways and look to the bullpen early in Saturday's contest. Jake Rudock has been Iowa's primary starter for the past two years, but backup C.J. Beathard has shown lots of promise in limited fill-in action. If Wisconsin gains early momentum and Rudock looks sluggish, Ferentz will call for a spark in Beathard before things get out of hand.

4. Melvin Gordon Will Run For At Least 200 Yards, 2 TDs

To say that Gordon has been on a tear this season, would be a massive understatement. The guy has simply been unbelievable, especially in Week 12 when he went off for a record 408 yards. Look for Gordon's Heisman campaign to continue in Iowa City, as the Hawkeyes are weak at linebacker. Gordon will produce at least half as much as he did against Nebraska and eclipse the 2,000-yard mark this season.

3. Wisconsin Will Have More Than 600 Yards of Total Offense

Just like the Hawkeyes, the Badgers have played two QBs this season. Both with have success against Iowa, through the air and on the ground. Iowa typically struggles against mobile QBs, so look for Tanner McEvoy to rush for big gains at will. When it's all said and done, the Badgers should accumulate a truckload of yards against a middle-of-the-road Iowa D.

2. Mark Weisman Will Rush For a Season-High Total

Mark Weisman is about as old school as it gets at RB. He's big, slow and destined to play fullback in the NFL. But he is good at finding holes and making the most of every rush. The Hawkeyes have limited his carries for most of the season, but look for the senior to get the rock early and often Saturday. Weisman delivers, rushing for a season-high total of 151 yards.

Iowa will put up a respectable fight in this crucial Big Ten battle. But when the clock hits zero, the Badgers will win with ease. Wisconsin is just a better overall team, with better overall talent. Melvin Gordon will show why he deserves the Heisman trophy with another stellar performance, as the Badgers roll, 42-24.
