Nebraska Football Player Takes Picture With Raccoon, Gets Bit, Kills Raccoon

 

Nebraska DE Jack Gangwish was reportedly driving around Wednesday night when he spotted a raccoon on the side of the road and decided he wanted to take a picture with it. True story. 

But things didn’t turn out well for Gangwish or the raccoon, you know, because wild animals don’t exactly like to be corralled and have their picture taken. Naturally, the raccoon retaliated and bit Gangwish. The DE then proceeded to kill the animal with a wrench (after failing to subdue it) so it could be tested for rabies.

R.I.P. innocent raccoon.
