If you’re a college football fan and you love following incoming recruits and where they may land for the upcoming season, this is the most exciting time of the year for you. The 2015 College Football National Signing Day is upon us and there are many top recruits who still have yet to make a choice and will be doing so on Wednesday, Feb. 4.
