At 11-3, the Wisconsin Badgers finished 2014 as the 13th-best team in the country. But there are more questions than answers as the 2015 season approaches. Here are five questions heading into spring practice.

In the last three seasons, the Badgers have had three different head coaches. Paul Chryst, the offensive coordinator under Bret Bielema, now takes over for Gary Andersen, who left for Oregon State.

Late in the season, the Wisconsin really struggled against elite competition. Against Ohio State and Auburn, the Badgers gave up 90 points. With four starters gone to graduation, the defense will have to reload quickly.

The Badgers always have a great offensive line, but they will have to replace three starters up front this season. The entire right side has graduated, while left guard Dallas Lewallen also departed.

No one can replace Melvin Gordon, but the next man up is Corey Clement, who will be a junior. Clement ran for 949 yards on 147 carries for nine touchdowns.

The Wisconsin passing game was so bad last season that Gordon had more yards rushing than the Badgers had passing. Tanner McEvoy and Joel Stave combined for 2,059 passing yards, and Gordon ran for 2,587 yards. If Wisconsin wants to take the next step, the quarterbacks will have to play significantly better.
