Cardale Jones is without a doubt one of the more interesting personalities in all of sports. The Ohio State quarterback is a must follow on Twitter and routinely cracks himself up with ridiculous jokes and comments on a regular basis.
For example, Jones recently tweeted that he was transferring to Akron before later writing “May Fools,” and confusing the entire social media world. This afternoon, the 2015 College Football Playoff National Championship winner hinted that he might be considering a future career in baseball.
I’m letting yall know now, @Indians this will not be your typical first pitch throw, it’s going to be my “try out” throw

Jones first became interested in throwing out the first pitch for the Cleveland Indians after Ohio State’s star running back Ezekiel Elliott threw out the first pitch at the St. Louis Cardinals game on Wednesday. Elliott is from St. Louis and apparently gave Jones a hard time for having not yet been asked by his hometown of Cleveland to throw out a first pitch.

Jones has one of the strongest arms in the country and we’re not just talking about college football, but the NFL too. With elite-level arm strength, is there a chance Jones could thrive as a pitcher if he does decide to pursue baseball? There’s a very good chance he was just joking around, but Jones’ first pitch is something we’re definitely looking forward to.
