The Utes stunned the Bruins in The Rose Bowl 30-28 on a last-second field goal. This game was depressing for Bruins fans because the Utes ran roughshod on the Bruins' offensive line, recording 10 sacks. UCLA will look for revenge this season, but the venue shifts to Salt Lake City.

In the regular season finale, the Bruins lost their chance at the Pac-12 Championship after getting routed by Stanford 31-10. The Bruins have lost seven straight to the Cardinal, and Mora has lost all three of his matchups to David Shaw. This year's game is in primetime, and will be in Palo Alto.

The cross-town rivalry between UCLA and USC is the biggest football game in Los Angeles every season. The Bruins have dominated the Trojans, winning the last three matchups. However, the Trojans won't have to deal with scholarship reductions anymore and will field their deepest roster since Pete Carroll left for Seattle.
