When thinking of one-loss teams that still have a shot at making the College Football Playoff this season, names like Alabama, Ole Miss, UCLA, Notre Dame and Stanford come to mind.

The loss: The Wolverines’ only loss on the season was against the Utah Utes, who are ranked in the top five. THE TOP FIVE. In no time, Michigan will also be ranked that high. You know, if the Wolverines can continue to blank their opponents like it’s the cool thing to do — and it really is.
