Former Alabama Player Claims Fired Assistant Coach Had Sexual Relations With Recruit's Mother

Former Alabama star linebacker Adrian Hubbard took to his social media accounts on Tuesday to call out one of his former coaches, and it’s not pretty. Among several other bad things, he claims former Alabama assistant Lance Thompson “messed with now Alabama fresh qb [sic] Blake Barnett’s mother.”

He claims Thompson was fired both times for “cheating problems.”

Campus Sports caught up with Hubbard, who elaborated on more issues with Thompson.

“He came to me and was like, ‘You have to help me out. You have to talk to my daughters, man. I have to get my daughters back on my side.’ He said, ‘I got caught cheating with numerous women.’ Then he told me there was like a $2 million suit he lost to her and whatnot. You just don’t hurt people like that. You are a father. How does that look to your daughters? What kind of standards are you setting for them? You want another guy to come and do that same thing to them? No, you would want to do something to a guy if he did that to your daughter. That was just the first time he left. The second time after I left, they were doing recruiting and he is a repeat offender. He cheated with a recruit’s mom and now this guy is married again.”

He had plenty more to say, which you can find at the link above on Campus Sports.
