When Clemson and Alabama square off in the National Championship game in Arizona on Monday, eyes will certainly be drawn to the two Heisman finalists. However, there are five other players on offense who will certainly play a huge role in deciding who is the best football team in college.
5. Richard Mullaney

Mullaney has been an underrated player all season for the Tide. The senior caught five touchdowns this season and is a part of a corps of receivers that help support Calvin Ridley. Mackensie Alexander will be all over Ridley all night, so a guy like Mullaney will have to step up in the slot to help move the ball through the air.
4. Jordan Leggett

The big tight end for Clemson could find some decent matchups against the Alabama linebackers and safeties. He hauled in seven TDs this season and 447 yards. Clemson is going to have to do some damage through the air, and Leggett will be important to that goal.
3. O.J. Howard

Howard is a guy who could be very productive at the next level. You wouldn't think so by looking at his college stats, but Bama's offense just isn't conducive to tight ends. However, he will be a huge factor in this one. He had some big plays against Michigan State and will do the same to Clemson. He is matchup nightmare.
2. Kenyan Drake

Drake should be as healthy as he's been in awhile since he had screws placed in his arm earlier this season. The versatile running back should be a factor all over the field. He will change the pace from the powerful Henry in the running game, he will be a factor catching the ball and he will even get some kick returns. Drake will bust a big play or two.
1. Hunter Renfrow

Someone other than Artavis Scott is going to have to make plays on the outside for Clemson to win. With Deon Cain still suspended, Renfrow could be a secret weapon for the Tigers. He caught balls for 404 yards and three scores this season. He caught a big TD pass against Oklahoma and will try to do the same to help beat the Crimson Tide. Someone must step up to help Watson throw the ball.
