Teams in all sports are constantly trying to find a way to use different uniforms or logos, in part to offer fresh merchandise for fans to buy. Ohio State football is the most recent to do so, as they’ve unveiled a throwback alternate uniform for the 2016 season.

As Luke Zimmermann of SB Nation noted first, the striped look is an homage to the Buckeyes’ Chic Harley-era 1917 uniforms.

The Buckeyes will wear the throwback uniform for an unspecified game during the coming season, but a firm announcement should come soon.
