The New England Patriots have three major needs that need to be addressed this offseason. Those needs are at wide receiver, defensive end, and cornerback. At least two of these three needs will most likely be addressed during the 2012 NFL Draft.
This slideshow will focus on this year’s top cornerbacks. The top five cornerbacks in the 2012 class are Morris Claiborne (LSU), Dre Kirkpatrick (Alabama), Janoris Jenkins (North Alabama), Alfonzo Dennard (Nebraska), and Stephon Gilmore (South Carolina).
Each slide will focus on each player’s strengths and weaknesses. They will also give the players awards, 2011 statistics, and where they are expected to be drafted in April.
