Update: The Devils officially announce they have completed the trade. It will be Kurtis Foster, Stephane Veilleux, Nick Palmieri, Washington’s 2012 2nd round and 2013 conditional draft pick for Marek Zidlicky. Done Deal.

According to several sources the New Jersey Devils have may have landed the offensive defenseman they so desperately need. It appears Minnesota Wild defenseman Marek Zidlicky has waived his NTC to go to the Devils.

It looks like Foster could be going back to Minnesota in trade for Zidlicky. Not official, yet.

#SNtrade #Wild Zidlicky was asked to wave no-trade clause today for what's believed to be a move to the #Devils. Its appears to be imminent.

It looks like Kurtis Foster may be headed the other way. Nothing is official. I will update as news becomes available. Unlike the other ridiculous rumors of the day this one appears to be as good as done.
