The New York Giants have activated DT Dwayne Hendricks off the practice squad in place of suspended DT Jimmy Kennedy. The team was considering signing a long snapper, but Zak DeOssie was able to make it back to practice.
Kennedy was suspended for substance abuse, of which the team was already aware could happen before they signed him. He hadn’t made much of an impact, but this could be an opportunity for Hendricks to shine.
