As the New York Giants get ready to take on the 15-1 Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field on Sunday afternoon, they appear to be brimming with confidence.

A rematch of a 38-35 loss to the Packers in Week 13, this game has the feeling of long shot odds combined with a real feeling that the Giants could get it done.

The players are all confident they will go to Lambeau and get the victory.

Herzlich says he's optimistic that he'll be ready next week and equally optimistic there will be a next week.

(Beckum) "I don’t know if it’s been miscommunication in the secondary or what, but there's been times you’ve seen guys just run past them."

These are not the only players that have come out and guaranteed victory, just the ones I’ve seen today. Mathias Kiwanuka declared the Giants Super Bowl contenders BEFORE their dominant win over Atlanta.

“This is definitely a Super Bowl team,” Kiwanuka said. “We just have to get it done.”

Defensive captain Justin Tuck also got in to the mix before the Atlanta game.

“We can definitely make a lot of noise in this run. We’re only going to go as far as our quarterback and D-line take us.”

Can you guess what one trait you have to have in order to knock off a No. 1 overall seed? Confidence. The Eagles had it when they came to New York and beat up on the Giants in 2008. Hopefully the Giants can repeat that type of performance on Sunday.
