The link in Donte Whitner’s tweet is to a video of him interviewing with NFL network, admitting he watched the Giants-Packers game and was rooting for the Giants to win.

He said it is because they have already faced the Giants and they wanted to play the game at home.

Tight end Vernon Davis and some of the other 49ers were feeling the same way, and Giants safety Antrel Rolle had a word of caution for the bay area team.

Rolle on some 49ers being glad the Giants beat the Packers: “They better be careful what they ask for. Their wish is being granted.” #NYG

Once again the Giants are doing a lot of talking this week and expect to go up to San Francisco and win, but they should be careful. Jim Harbaugh is a terrific motivator and does not need any more help with bulletin board material from the Giants.

Obviously that isn’t stopping the Giants from talking. It should be a terrific game on Sunday.
