The third preseason game is the time when potential starters see the most game action. It’s widely seen as both a prep for the regular season and an opportunity to settle lingering position battles. When you have been a lower rung team, like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers or a mediocre team, like the Jacksonville Jaguars, the game is an important gauge for what you have going into the season. The Bucs, the fans and the media will have some idea of what this season will be like after tonight. Here are a few things to look for listen for tonight. Position Battle: Kareem Huggins vs. Derrick Ward- While Ward appears to be a step away from being out in Tampa, the Bucs still paid a lot for him to be here and Huggins is still untested.
