Jaguars Sign Chevis Jackson
Tania Ganguli of the Florida Times-Union is reporting that the Jaguars have signed cornerback Chevis Jackson to fill the roster spot vacated on Sunday when they traded safety Anthony Smith to the Packers.
Jackson was drafted out of Louisiana State University by the Atlanta Falcons in the third round of the 2008 draft.
In his two years in Atlanta, he served as the Falcons nickel back.
