Detroit Lions announce home sellout
The Detroit Lions, fresh off a home win against the Washington Redskins, have announced that this weeks game at Ford Field has been sold out. Lions president Tow Lewand told reporters that he couldn’t remember the last hon-Thanksgiving day home game which didn’t require some sort of extension in order to try to get a sell out.
This will be the third home sell out for the Lions so far this season.
Lewand said, “As long as we keep holding up our end of the bargain and playing well and winning football games, the fans have clearly shown us they’re really going to support us”.
