Philadelphia Eagles' Week 14 Injury Update: Asante Samuel, Winston Justice & More
After participating in practice throughout this week, Asante Samuel missed practice Thursday with the same knee injury that kept him out for the previous two games.
Head coach Andy Reid says Samuel could still play against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday, but this can’t be viewed as a good sign.
Joselio Hanson would start if Samuel cannot play. Rookie cornerback Trevard Lindley would then come in on nickel situations.
Samuel lead the National Football League with seven interceptions this season.
Right tackle Winston Justice sat out Thursday’s practice with a knee injury, the second straight day he missed practice.
If Justice cannot play, King Dunlap will start.
The other question for the Eagles is whether Nick Cole or Max Jean-Gilles will start at right guard.
