Philadelphia Eagles Legend Chuck Bednarik Hospitalized at Lehigh Valley
Chuck Bednarik earned a reputation as arguably the greatest player in Philadelphia Eagles history, playing 14 seasons, including both center and linebacker in the Eagles 1960 championship season.
Today the Hall of Famer was admitted to Lehigh Valley Hospital because of shortness of breath.
CSNPhilly.com reports that the 85-year old Bednarik is sitting up and talking with family members. He is being held overnight for observation.
