The Raiders continue to be talked about as possible landing spots for available quarterbacks. The latest is Philadelphia’s Kevin Kolb, who shouldn’t be ruled out as a candidate for Oakland’s spot, according to Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer.

I think the Raiders will be rolling with Jason Campbell as the starting quarterback in 2011, and rightfully so.

However, it is interesting that a person close to the Eagles thinks Oakland could be interested. Then again, he probably has no contact with Raider officials directly so it’s a toss up.

In the end the asking price will be too high. It’s noteworthy news though; especially with the NFL lockout.
