Whether you’re caught up in the craze or not–you have to admit that Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow is one of the most inspirational athletes in the sports world. While “Tebowing” has taken the internet world by storm over the last few days as fans have provided plenty of entertaining photos impersonating the Broncos quarterback, the most inspirational story comes from a fan with cancer that is participating in the new fad while going through chemotherapy.
From Adam Schefter’s Twitter account:
For those of you unfamiliar with the new fad, Tebowing consists of getting down on one knee and start praying–just like Tebow was last Sunday against the Miami Dolphins when he helped his team overcome a 15-point deficit late in the fourth quarter. The fad has become so popular, there’s even a Tebowing.com site where fans can submit their own photos of the popular trend to show Tebowing can be done just about anywhere–whether it’s on top of a building or in the work place.
However, no Tebowing story is as cool or inspirational as the one shared by Schefter and we hope for nothing but the best from the kid who tweeted Tebow his story.
