Jaguars Place Sims-Walker On Injured Reserve
Mike Sims-Walker’s return to Jacksonville did not last long.
The Jaguars announced on Wednesday that they were placing the wide receiver on the injured reserve list two weeks after claiming him off of waivers.
Sims-Walker only had one catch in the two games he played for the Jaguars this season.
To fill his spot on the roster, the Jaguars signed former Cleveland Browns wide receiver Brian Robiskie.
Robiskie was drafted in the second round by the Browns in the 2009 NFL Draft, but was released by the Browns earlier this season. In his two and a half seasons in Cleveland, Robiskie had 39 catches for 441 yards and three touchdowns.
