Notes from practice
– Kevin Kolb continued his absence from practice today, making it very unlikely that he will get the start on Sunday. John Skelton has prepared as if he will be starting all week. The decision will not be made most likely till shortly before game time.
– On the upside, running back Beanie Wells participated fully in practice. The first time since injuring his knee against the Steelers. He says today was the best he has felt in a few weeks. This is encouraging as his play last week was pitiful. If Beanie can put up the number he did against the Ravens (89 yards and a touchdown), it should allow the offense to run more freely.

Eagles cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie will be playing against his former team, the Cardinals, for the first since being traded. The chip the resonates on his shoulder is quite large, even though he may not say it publicly. He may be on the defensive side of the ball, but he is an athletic corner that has the speed and skills to do the damage. Could he have the same affect that Anquan Boldin did for the Ravens three weeks ago? That will have to be determined.
This road trip to Philly is the final two day trip the team will have for the rest of the season.
