Dolphins Release Graham, Carpenter Will Return Sunday
Earlier today the Miami Dolphins announced that they have released K Shayne Graham. Graham was signed 2 weeks ago, due to the groin injury Dan Carpenter sustained against the Redskins. It appears the Carpenter is healthy again and is expected to return to the Dolphins on Sunday when they take on the Oakland Raiders at Sun Life Stadium. Thanks for your service Shayne, you connected on 4 of 5 field goals, with your longest being a heroic 28 yarder. Welcome back DC Money!
In other Dolphins news, the Dolphins have cut ties with Igor Olshansky and re-signed DT Ryan Baker. Olshansky is said to have been disappointed with his lack of playing time. In fact, he was inactive for the Dolphins Thanksgiving Day game against the Cowboys. Well Igor, you haven’t played much because you, frankly, aren’t that good. The Dolphins have also promoted G Ray Feinga from the practice squad.
The Dolphins should be relatively healthy heading into their matchup against the Raiders. The official injury report will be out later today, but no surprises are expected.
