New York Jets Inactives for Week 13 Game vs. Washington Redskins
The New York Jets have released their list of inactives for their Week 13 game against the Washington Redskins today, and one of the big names who is out today is starting defensive lineman Mike DeVito.
DeVito, a personal favorite of mine, is unfortunately battling another knee injury and will not play this week. Hopefully he’s back out there soon. The Jets really need him healthy.
Curiously, even with DeVito out, fellow defensive lineman Martin Tevaseu is also inactive. The man they call MTV will be inactive for the fourth straight game, and it may be more of a coach’s decision rather than due to injury.
Third-string quarterback Kevin O’Connell is inactive again, as usual. Recently acquired offensive tackle Austin Howard is inactive as well.
Defensive back Ellis Lankster is inactive this week, with newly signed DB Tracy Wilson active and making his Jets debut. Wilson, a rookie safety from Northern Illinois will wear #37 in his NFL debut.
With LaDainian Tomlinson back healthy, rookie running back Bilal Powell is also inactive this week. Rounding out the inactives is seldom used wide receiver Eron Riley.
The Jets and Redskins kick off at 1:00 pm at FedEx Field in Washington.
