Jacksonville Jaguars Offensive Coordinator Leading Candidate At Hawaii

By Joey Farbo

It appears that Jacksonville Jaguars offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter could be heading back to college.

According to a report by Dennis Dodd of CBSSports.com, Koetter is the leading candidate to become the next head coach at Hawaii.

Koetter has spent the majority of his coaching career in the college ranks where he has nine years of head coaching experience at Boise State and Arizona State. He has a 66-44 record as a college head coach.

Koetter is in his fifth season as the Jaguars offensive coordinator, but this likely would have been his last since the Jaguars are currently searching for a new head coach. He has also fallen out of favor with Jaguars fans this season as the Jaguars have had the worst offense in the NFL.
