Ravens will host Houston Texans in AFC Divisional playoff
The Houston Texans earned the first playoff victory in team history with a 31-10 manhandling of the Cincinnati Bengals. By virtue of the win Houston has secured to Baltimore to face the Ravens in next Sunday’s AFC Divisional round. The Texans will have the chance to redeem a 29-14 regular season loss at Baltimore.
Houston starting quarterback Matt Schaub played against the Ravens the first time around but has since been placed on injured reserve with a foot injury. Rookie quarterback TJ Yates will likely start for Houston. The youngster will be tested in the hostile environment of Baltimore’s M&T Bank Stadium. Baltimore went 8-0 at home in the regular season and is riding a 10 game home winning streak.
