Dallas Cowboys Move to Shore Up Secondary, Sign Brandon Carr

While some believe the Lawrence Vickers signing will be the best move by the Dallas Cowboys, signing Brandon Carr easily helps the worst aspect of the team.

The secondary for the Cowboys has been awful for a couple of seasons now, and if they had a better unit they may have been able to slow down Eli Manning and won the division.

Depending on who you ask, Carr or Cortland Finnegan were the top corner free agents this year, so the move will definitely be a popular one in Dallas.

Jerry Jones seems to have gotten his act together so far this offseason. He is spending money where it needs to be spent and improving a Dallas team that was one win away from the NFC East title.

He made multiple cap moves, like cutting Terrence Newman and David Buehler, and the Cowboys have seemingly been connected to a number of high profile free agents.

The Cowboys are not done, I can guarantee you that.
