Week 14 (Sunday December 9): Atlanta Falcons

Week 15 (Sunday December 16): @ San Diego Chargers

Week 16 (Sunday December 23): Oakland Raiders

Week 17 (Sunday December 30): @ New Orleans Saints

It’s safe to say the Panthers ended up being one of the biggest surprises of the 2011 season and many believe they have what it takes to be a “sleeper” team to make a run at the playoffs in 2012. One of the main reasons why Carolina was so successful was because of the high level Cam Newton was playing at.

If he can perform at that same level during his sophomore season, there’s no reason why this team can’t compete with some of the best in the NFC and even give the Saints, Buccaneers, and Falcons a run for their money at the division.
