Jacksonville Jaguars Trade Up to 5th Overall

Jacksonville Jaguars have swung a trade with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for the 5th overall pick. The picks exchanged haven’t been announced but it looks like Tampa Bay has fallen back to 7.

The Minnesota Vikings have selected Matt Kalil, the best offensive tackle in the draft. This means Jacksonville will likely select Justin Blackmon.

I think that’s a really smart move for Jacksonville has they’ve fallen down in popularity and offensive weapons. Getting a guy like Blackmon to stretch the field should fire up a slumbering franchise.
