Chicago Bears And Green Bay Packers To Play Rivalry Cup; Ryder Cup Inspired Event
The Green Bay Packers and the Chicago Bears are continuing their rivalry off the football field as well. The tow teams will play in the Rivalry Cup, which is a Ryder Cup inspired event. The first event will take place on June 18th at Medinah. It will pair past and present players from each time.
Personally, I think the Rivalry Cup is a great idea. It is a great way to raise money for charity and keep the rivalry going strong. I think it is one of the best rivalries in sport and it is probably the best one in all of football. It is possible for the public to buy tickets to the event and everything helps out charities. It is a win-win situation.
I would not be surprised if more teams try to develop a Rivalry Cup idea. It is a perfect way to help out those in need. It keeps adding the rivalry between teams and I am sure it will be a great time for everyone involved. I imagine the good natured trash talk will make it enjoyable for everyone who attends the event.
I’m really hoping that they get a cool trophy for it. It would add some bragging rights between the teams and maybe the fanbases. It would be a little bit weird to brag that your team won the Rivalry Cup, but stranger things have happened in life. I look forward to seeing how this whole tournament thing plays out.
