The New York Giants season kicks off tomorrow night against the Dallas Cowboys. Since the season is right around the corner, I thought it would fun to do a game by game prediction and no I’m not having them go 16-0 that’s silly. Here’s a look
Wk 1: vs Dallas Cowboys- W. Home kickoff to start the season against possibly your biggest rival when you want to prove you’re still the champs? I like the Giants chances
Wk 2 vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers-W I’m gonna put this as a W but I wouldn’t be shocked if the Giants lost. Greg Schiano is a jersey guy and they are gonna be a tough bunch to play against
Wk 3 @ Carolina Panthers-L No team has ever played Wednesday, Sunday and Thursday to start a season like the Giants will. Short week vs Cam Newton in his first prime time game? I don’t know if that’s a good combo
Wk 4 @ Philadelphia Eagles- W For whatever reason of late the Giants seem to win in Philadelphia and lose to them at home and I think that trend may continue
Wk 5 vs Cleveland Browns- W Rookie QB vs the Giants pass rush? Good luck.
Wk 6 @ San Francisco 49ers- L That’s going to be the game of the year in the NFL and the 49ers are going to be highly motivated
WK 7 vs Washington Redskins- W The Redskins always give the Giants trouble and they will this season as well, but not in this one
WK 8 @ Dallas Cowboys- L I think the Cowboys get the W here against the Giants. They have struggled against the Giants for a long time and I think something gives here
WK 9 vsPittsburgh Steelers- W It will be a long day for Ben Roethlisberger that day
WK 10 @ Cincinnati Bengals- W This one won’t be easy either, however I think the Giants manage to get the win
WK 11- BYE
WK 12 vs Green Bay Packers- L The Giants never do well after a the bye and against Green Bay won’t be different
WK 13 @ Washington Redskins-L That Giants midseason swoon may continue here in DC which is never a fun place to play
WK 14 vs New Orleans Saints-L Drew Brees always puts up numbers against the Giants
WK 15 @ Atlanta Falcons- W The Giants know how to beat the Falcons and I think that continues
WK 16 @ Baltimore Ravens- W The Giants go into Baltimore with their backs against the wall and get the win
WK 17 vs Philadelphia Eagles- W This game will be flexed and for the last spot in the playoffs and the Giants get the win
Wild Card Weekend @ Dallas Cowboys- W I think the Giants take two out of three from Dallas this year including here
Divisional Playoffs @ Green Bay Packers L- The Packers get revenge for last year’s playoff loss with a win against the Giants in Green Bay
